How are BOGO promotions calculated?

The discount for a “Buy One Get One” (BOGO) promotion is based on the lowest priced item. The discount is then applied to each item proportionately, reducing the value of each item. For example, if your first qualifying item is $50 and your second qualifying item is $40, both items will be discounted by $20 for a total discount of $40.

BOGO promotions are considered line-level discounts and will be applied before order-level discounts. BOGO promotions can be stacked with order-level promotions, such as a dollar or percent discount, but not with other types of promotions. BOGO promotions can be used multiple times in the same order.
