How do I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is submitted, we're not able to make any changes, but you may be able to cancel your order. 

If you placed an order using your account, follow these steps to check if your order is able to be cancelled: 
  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Select my account, then select orders – track + manage.
  3. Use the view by drop-down to filter by items or by orders.
  4. Select the item or order you wish to cancel.
  5. Select cancel item next to the item(s) you wish to cancel.
  6. Select yes to confirm cancellation.

If you used our guest checkout:
  1. Visit our track your order page.
  2. Enter your order number and email address tied to the purchase, then select track order.
  3. Select cancel item next to the item(s) you wish to cancel.
  4. Select yes to confirm cancellation.

If your cancellation request was successful, you'll receive a confirmation email. You won’t be charged for a canceled order, but your card may reflect a temporary authorization hold. Funds will become available once your bank releases the hold.

If the cancellation window has passed, you can still cancel by refusing the order upon delivery. When we receive your refused order, we’ll process the return and send an email confirmation regarding your refund. You can also return your order to any Target store or by mail using a prepaid return label.
