If the item is store returnable you may exchange it for a like item at a Target store. For items that are not store returnable or if the item is not available in stores, a replacement item can be sent to you at no additional cost. To request a replacement, follow the steps below:
- Call Target Guest Services at 1-800-591-3869.
- Once a replacement has been requested, do not return the item to the store as this will cancel the replacement requested and you will need to reorder the item.
- Send the original item back to Target using the free return shipping label provided by Target.
- The return will be processed within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Your replacement order will be processed automatically.
- You will receive separate emails confirming the return and providing information on the replacement order.
