Target Help
  1. Visit the find your order page
  2. Enter your order information or sign in to locate your order.
  3. Locate or select the item within your order history.
  4. Select return & receipts next to the item(s) you wish to return, then select return by mail.
  5. Select an option from the reason for the return drop-down for each item you select to return.
  6. Select print prepaid mailing label.
  7. Attach the return label to the outside of your package. 
  • Item(s) must be in their original packaging and condition.
  1. Drop off your package at an authorized UPS location. Visit ups.com/dropoff to find a location.

To return your items to Target.com, you’ll need to print a return shipping label. Because Target.com orders are sometimes split into multiple shipments, you may be prompted to print multiple return labels. Multiple items may be placed in the same packaging if they appear on the same shipping label. Be sure to also include your packing slip in each return shipment.

Items purchased on Target.com may be returned to any Target store. Just bring your item, packing slip and the original form of payment to Guest Services.
