Shipt on Target.com, Shipt.com and the Shipt app provide delivery from your local store via a local community of reliable shoppers. Once you become a member you can use Shipt to shop Target groceries, essentials and more. A Shipt shopper will fulfill and delivery your order at a time that’s convenient during normal store business hours.

Shipt on Target.com
Shipt as a fulfillment option on Target.com that is available in select areas.  Guest can place an order on Target.com that may include eligible items to be fulfilled by a Shipt Shopper the same day. Visit Target.com/shipt to see if Shipt on Target.com is available in your area.

Shipt delivers seven days a week with the exception of certain holidays, and Shipt shoppers are available whenever the store is open. 

Deliveries can be scheduled for a one-hour window as soon as one hour after your order is placed. You’ll need to schedule your delivery during a time window in which someone will be home. If no one is home at the time of delivery, the Shipt shopper will call your mobile device to ask for options on how to complete the delivery. Please note, this could affect any perishable items.

Shipt on Target.com

Pricing: Guests who place an order through Shipt on Target.com are charged the price of an item listed on Target.com at the time of order placement. Pricing, promotions, styles and availability may vary by store and online. Guests will be charged the in-store price if there is a substitution for their order.

Membership: You will be enrolled in a free two week trial Shipt membership with an eligible Target.com order. After the two week period, you’ll be charged for the annual membership.

Please note, membership fees aren’t eligible for Cartwheel® offers, Target team member discount or Target REDcard 5% discount.

Delivery Fees: Delivery is free for members and requires a minimum $35 order.

Pricing: Prices may vary slightly from in-store prices and the Weekly Ad if ordering through the Shipt app or on Shipt.com. Shipt offers members’ only discounts in the App, thus Shipt may not honor in-store or Weekly Ad prices. Look for On Sale and featured promotions categories for discounts.

Memberships: Shipt offers two membership options – yearly and month-to-month. A yearly Shipt membership is $99 per year, and a monthly membership is $14 per month. 

Please note, Shipt orders, delivery fees, and membership fees aren’t eligible for Cartwheel® offers, Target team member discount, or Target REDcard 5% discount.

Shipt on Target.com doesn’t accept EBT cards, Apple Pay, PayPal or coupons.

  • If you need to return a food item, please return the item to your local store. 
  1. Access the Target.com receipt that was emailed to you. 
  2. Select View order details.
  3. Select returns next to item to return.
  4. Take barcode and item with you to your Target store.
  • Return Items via Mail:
  1. Sign in to your Target.com account.
  2. Select Orders, then select VIEW ORDERS next to the order.
  3. Select returns next to the item.
  4. Select return by mail under return by mail, follow prompts to return via mail.

If you need to return an item, or an item was missing from your order, contact Shipt via email at support@shipt.com or chat via the app or by calling 1-205-502-2500. You can also take a copy of your receipt that was emailed to you to your Target store to have a return or exchange processed.

  • Items can be canceled up to one hour before your chosen delivery window. 
  • To cancel order: 
  1. Select Edit your order.
  2. Select Cancel order.
  3. Select Yes in the Are you sure you want to cancel? pop-up window to cancel order.

If your shopper has started shopping your order, or if it’s less than one hour before your chosen delivery window, contact Target.com at 1-800-591-3869 to let us know your order needs to be canceled.

  • Orders can be canceled in the Shipt app up to one hour before your chosen delivery window.
  • To cancel order: 
  1. Go to Your Orders.
  2. Select the order you want to cancel.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the order.
  4. Select Cancel This Order.

If your shopper has started shopping your order, or if it’s less than an hour before your chosen delivery window, contact Shipt at 1-888-807-5537 to let us know that the order needs to be canceled.
