1. Sign in to your Target.com account on a personal computer or mobile device.
   • You're able to access your Subscription via the Target app, but will be directed to Target.com to manage or create subscriptions.
2. Locate and select a subscription-eligible item.
3. Select subscribe to save 5% on the item page.
4. Choose your delivery frequency and select add subscription to cart.
5. Once you’ve added your items, proceed to your cart.

• For Order Pickup-eligible items, you have the option to pick up items from your first subscription delivery in store. Select pick up your first order next to the item(s) in your cart.

6. Select I’m ready to check out to proceed.
7. Select edit next to each step to modify your subscription as needed.

• Under delivery method, each item will be noted whether it’s scheduled for delivery or Order Pickup.
• If you select Order Pickup for your first subscription delivery, you’ll still need to select an address under shipping address for subsequent deliveries.
• Select or enter a pickup person under order pickup info.
• You can use a Target GiftCard to pay for all or some of your first delivery. A valid RedCard or credit card must be given in order for us to deliver the recurring deliveries. A Target GiftCard cannot be used on recurring deliveries. 
• If your first delivery is completely covered by a Target GiftCard, we'll still authorize your credit card to validate the future payment tender.

8. Select place my order to submit.

• You’ll receive an email confirming your delivery.

If you don’t select Order Pickup for your initial delivery, it will arrive via standard shipping. Subsequent deliveries will arrive based on the delivery schedule you selected. You’ll receive an email prior to each subsequent delivery confirming the price of your delivery and the option to skip the delivery.

Yes. Starting with the first delivery after your initial delivery, you'll receive a confirmation email prior to each subscription delivery we ship. If you do not wish to receive the delivery, you may request to skip it within 10 days of receiving the email.

To skip a delivery:

1. Sign in to your Target.com account using a personal computer or mobile device.

• You're able to access your Subscription via the Target app, but will be directed to Target.com to manage or create subscriptions.
• You can also access the Target.com login page by selecting view subscription within the confirmation email.

2. Select the account icon, then Subscriptions.
3. Select the arrow in the upper right corner of item you want to skip.
4. Select skip current delivery from the drop-down menu of the subscription item you want to skip.

• You can also select Orders and then the order total amount next to the delivery. Select skip delivery.

To modify a subscription:

1. Sign in to your Target.com account using a personal computer or mobile device.
   • You're able to access your Subscription via the Target app, but will be directed to Target.com to manage or create subscriptions.
2. Select the account icon, then Subscriptions.
3. Select the arrow in the upper right corner of the item you want to modify.
4. Select modify next to the subscription you’d like to change.

You can change the frequency of your subscription, delivery date, shipping address, and payment methods. To edit item details, including quantity/size/color:

1. Select modify this item.
2. Select a date under next delivery drop-down menu.
3. Select change shipping address to update the shipping address for the subscription. 

• You can change your address on a current delivery 10 days from the delivery confirmation email.
• Please note, if you don’t have a current delivery, the changes will take place with the next delivery.
• Changing your shipping address may impact the amount of sales tax applied to the delivery. 

To cancel your subscription:

1. Sign in to your Target.com account using a personal computer or mobile device.
   • You're able to access your Subscription via the Target app, but will be directed to Target.com to manage or create subscriptions.
2. Select the account icon, then Subscriptions from the drop-down menu.
3. Select the arrow in the upper right corner of item you want to cancel. Select cancel subscription to cancel your subscription.

• If you cancel your subscription, you will no longer receive future deliveries for the canceled item, including any recently created subscription deliveries that have yet to ship.

If your item is no longer available to ship through the subscription program, the item will be labeled with replace discontinued item and you’ll receive an email. Choose a replacement item from the list provided to prevent your subscription from being canceled.

To update your subscription to the replacement item:

1. Follow the steps in the email or; 
2. Sign in to your Target.com account using a personal computer or mobile device.
   • You're able to access your Subscription via the Target app, but will be directed to Target.com to manage or create subscriptions. 
3. Select the arrow in the upper right corner of item you want to modify.
4. Select replace item, then select Replace with this below desired item.

The price of your first subscription delivery will be confirmed when you enroll and you’ll be charged once your subscription ships. 

The amount of each subscription may vary. After your first delivery, we'll confirm the price of your subscription items plus any sales tax via email about 10 days before it's scheduled to ship. You’ll be charged for your subscription once the items ship.

For subscription payments, we accept all major credit cards and Target RedCard™. Target GiftCards may be used as payment for the initial delivery, but a valid credit card or Target Debit Card™ will still be required at the time of the delivery, and will be charged $0.01. This credit card or Target Debit Card will be used for payment on subsequent subscription deliveries. PayPal® or Apple Pay® cannot be used on subscription deliveries.

If we're unable to complete a delivery with the credit card or Target Debit Card currently tied to your subscription, we'll attempt to update the subscription with another credit card in your Target.com account and charge that credit card for your subscription delivery. If we successfully update your subscription with a different credit card, that credit card will be used for future subscription deliveries unless you change the payment method. If we're unable to complete a subscription delivery with an updated credit card, the delivery will be canceled or changed.

Returns will be treated like any other Target.com return. You can return the item to a store, or mail it back using a free, prepaid return-shipping label.

Your subscription delivery may have been canceled if the item was temporarily out of stock. If you'd like to subscribe to a different item, visit the Target Subscriptions page.

It's also possible that the authorization hold may have failed for the payment method or shipping address associated with your subscription delivery. Go here to review or update the payment method or to review or update your shipping address for your subscription.

You won't be charged for the skipped delivery. Your subscription is still active, and your next delivery should arrive based on the cadence you selected. 

You get 5% off and free shipping on all subscription deliveries, plus an extra 5% off if you use your Target RedCard™. Online promo codes may be used for your initial Target Subscriptions delivery only and must be applied at checkout.

If your subscription item is on sale or has other promotional price discounts at the time your delivery is placed and your delivery meets the promotion guidelines, you’ll automatically receive the discounted price and/or promotion.

We reserve the right to exclude subscription deliveries for certain online promotions at any time. 

To edit your subscription payment:

1. Sign in to your Target.com account using a personal computer or mobile device.
   • You're able to access your Subscription via the Target app, but will be directed to Target.com to manage or create subscriptions.
2. Select the account icon, then select Subscriptions.
3. Select the arrow in the upper right corner of item you want to modify.
4. Select modify from the menu.
5. Select change payment card under select a payment card.
6. Select the payment card you want for your subscription. 
7. Check the box to accept the terms, then select update card.

• If the form of payment you wish to use isn't listed, you can add the payment card to your wallet in your Target.com account, then modify your subscription. 

Changing the default payment within your Target.com account wallet doesn’t automatically update the form of payment tied to your subscriptions. Each subscription must be updated individually.

If we're unable to complete delivery with the credit card or Target Debit Card that you've selected for your subscription, we'll attempt to update the subscription with another credit card from your Target.com account Wallet and charge that credit card for your subscription delivery. If we successfully update your subscription with a different credit card, that credit card will be used for future subscription deliveries unless you change the payment method. If we're unable to complete a subscription delivery with an updated credit card, the delivery will be canceled or changed.

You’ll always get 5% off and free shipping on subscription eligible baby items. 

Shop with your RedCard and you'll receive 15% off plus free shipping on select baby wipes, diapers and formula with subscription order. 

RedCard users must select the subscribe to save 5% checkbox to receive the subscription savings. RedCard users save a total of 15% on select subscription eligible diapers, wipes, and formula when you use your debit or credit RedCard as payment type. The standard RedCard 5% discount will be applied after an 11% savings, resulting in at least 15% total savings. The 11% savings is exclusive to RedCard holders and cannot be combined with the 5% Subscriptions discount. The 11% discount will apply only to the purchase amount tendered to your RedCard.
