Target Help
  1. Visit the find your order page
  2. Enter your order information or sign in to locate your order.
  3. Locate the item within your order history.
  4. Select return next to the item you wish to return, then select return by mail.
  5. For each item you select to return, choose a reason for the return from the drop down.
  6. Select print prepaid mailing label.
  7. Attach the return label to the outside of your package. 
  • Item(s) must be in their original packaging and condition.
  1. Drop your package off at an authorized UPS location.

To return your items to, you’ll need to print a return shipping label. Because orders are sometimes split into multiple shipments, you may be prompted to print multiple return labels. Multiple items may be placed in the same packaging if they appear on the same shipping label. Be sure to also include your packing slip in each return shipment.

Items purchased on may be returned to any Target store. Just bring your item, packing slip and the original form of payment to Guest Services. 

Don't have your original receipt? You can access a copy of your receipt by visiting the find your order page. Within the order details view, select return next to the item(s) you wish to return. You can select print receipt to print a copy, or use a mobile device to present the displayed barcode at Guest Services to process your in-store return.
