Can I order an item for the same price/promotion I saw yesterday/last week/last month on Target.com?

If the item is no longer on sale, we aren't able to match any of our previous prices. Prices frequently change on Target.com. Promotions are only valid during the timeframe stated, such as a 3-hour sale with promo code. Promotions are not valid on previous orders.
