  1. Select Forgot password?.
  2. Enter your email address or mobile phone number associated to your account and select Continue
  3. You’ll get a screen prompting you to enter the 6-digit code you received by email.
  4. Once you receive your password reset code, enter the 6-digit code on the password reset page and select Verify.
    • Your password reset request will expire after 12 hours.
  5. Create a new password using the following requirements and select Submit.
    • Must contain: 8–20 characters and 2 of the following:
      • Lowercase letters
      • Uppercase letters
      • Numbers
      • Special characters, except < >

Target.com
  1. Visit the Target sign in page and select Forgot password
  2. Enter email address or mobile phone associated with Target account in Email or mobile phone field.
  3. Select Password reset or Sign in with temporary code. Follow prompts to reset password.

Password Reset Code via Email
  1. Select Forgot password?.
  2. Enter your email address or mobile phone number associated to your account and select Continue.
  3. You’ll get a screen prompting you to enter the 6-digit code you received by email.
  4. Once you receive your password reset code, enter the 6-digit code on the password reset page and select Verify.
    • Your password reset request will expire after 12 hours.
  5. Create a new password using the following requirements and select Submit.
    • Must contain: 8–20 characters and 2 of the following:
      • Lowercase letters
      • Uppercase letters
      • Numbers
      • Special characters, except < >
Depending on your spam settings, some emails may route to your junk or spam folder. To ensure you receive account emails, add orders@oe.target.com to your contacts.

You need to have access to the email account associated with your Target account. If you’re unable to access the email account, contact your email provider about restoring access or create a new Target account with a different email address.
