Target reserves the right to deny returns, refunds and exchanges including but not limited to prevent fraud, suspected fraud or abuse.
Baby and Wedding registries have up to one year after your event date to return most new, unopened items, including most new, unopened items sold by a Target Plus Partner at your Target store using your return barcode.
Wish lists have
up to 90 days after the purchase date to return unopened items, including most new, unopened items sold by a Target Plus Partner at your Target store using your return barcode.
You can access the return barcode on your Target.com Registry or Wish List Homepage:
- Access your Target account.
- Visit the Registry & Wish List page and select your desired gifting experience.
- In the Offers & benefits section on your registry’s Home page, select Start a return.
- Select a store.
- The barcode is only valid at the selected store for the date it is generated on.
- A minimum spend is required against the registry / wish list to qualify for returns.
Refunds will be issued in the form of a Target GiftCard when using a gift receipt for Registry Gift Purchase Log. If returning an item that hasn't been marked as purchased on your registry or wish list, you'll receive a refund in the form of a
merchandise return card.
Items purchased from Shopping Lists don't have an extended return period and require a receipt or gift receipt for a return or exchange.In addition, Target Plus items must be returned with a receipt / proof of purchase.
