A carrier may deem a package undeliverable for a number of reasons including, but not limited to:
- Incorrect or out-of-date address
- Incorrect P.O. Box format
- Weight and dimensional limits (some items can’t be shipped to P.O. Boxes)
- Illegible label
- Other address problems
- Failed delivery attempts
- Refused by recipient
- Damaged in transit
If a carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we’ll notify you of the return by email and issue a full refund, including shipping charges. We're unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable, but you're welcome to place another order with a new shipping address.
If you believe your order was deemed undeliverable, you should receive confirmation of its return or a refund within four weeks of the estimated delivery date. If more than four weeks have passed, you can request a refund or a replacement. To begin:
- Access your Target account.
- Locate your item(s) under Orders on Target.com or under Purchases in the Target app.
- Select Fix an issue next to missing item(s).
	- Fix an issue will only appear as an option for eligible items.

- Follow prompts to complete your refund or replacement request.
	- Replacements are subject to availability and will process as an even exchange. You won't receive additional charges.
- Once you request a replacement, you can’t return the original item in store if it's later delivered because this will cancel the replacement request.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method in most circumstances.
		- Purchases made with a Target GiftCard will be credited back as a new Target eGiftCard.
- Items paid for with PayPal prior to September 13, 2022, will be refunded to a Target GiftCard which will be added to your Target account.

- You’ll be provided with instructions on what to do with your item(s).
	- For replacement requests, navigate to your order history for updates.
