Use our automated phone system to securely access information about your Target Circle Card. Available in English or Spanish 24 hours a day, making it quick and easy to hear your balance information, make a payment, review transaction history and much more.

To use our automated phone system, you will need: OR 
  • Your 16 digit card number
Once verified you'll be able to access:
Balance & Payment InformationCard Maintenance
  • Current Balance
  • Recent Transactions
  • Minimum Payment Due
  • Payment Due Date
  • Make a one-time payment, schedule up to 30 days in advance
    • Payments made after 11 p.m. central time post the following day
  • Review payment history including payments
  • Request a recent statement
  • Request a new card 
  • Report your card lost or stolen 
  • Manage your PIN
  • Activate a new card

To use our automated phone system, you will need:
  • Your Account ID (locate by logging into target.com/mycirclecard)
OR
  • Your 16 digit card number

Once verified you'll be able to access:
Card Maintenance
  • Recent Transactions

  • Manage your PIN
  • Update your bank account information
  • Activate a new card
